Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

At Vanera, orders are processed quickly — often within an hour of being placed, 7 days a week (which is a good thing!).

This fast turnaround helps us deliver your wellness essentials as quickly as possible, but it also means there’s a very limited window to make changes once your order is submitted.

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us at support@tryvanera.com as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t yet been processed.

Please note:

    Once your order has been processed, generally in less than 60 minutes, we are unable to make changes or cancel.

    Requests made 12 hours or more after the order was placed cannot be changed.

Our fast processing helps us get your order out without delay — so your wellness journey stays right on track.

 

Returns and Refunds

We welcome returns within 30 days for unused items in their original packaging. Items used, worn, or opened in any war are not eligible for a refund. To initiate a return, email us at support@tryvanera.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before shipping.

 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your return, it may take up to 7 to 10 business days to process your refund. Note: We do not issue refunds for items damaged through use or misuse.

All refunds are in USD. Customers are responsible for foreign currency transaction fees.

 

Damaged Items

We pack with care, but if your item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@tryvanera.com with a clear photo. We'll assess eligibility for a replacement.


Shipping and Delivery

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time — and most orders arrive without issue. That said, once your package leaves our hands, delivery is in the courier’s control.

If there are any delays or issues in transit, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier for the most up-to-date information.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud, we verify billing and shipping addresses, monitoring transactions for suspicious activity. We may request additional information to verify transactions. We reserve the right to cancel and notify customers of suspected fraudulent activity.
